International Shipping
We offer free insured and tracked shipping worldwide, so everyone can enjoy our products.
Please note that international shipping speed, transit time, and customs clearance are outside our control. In some cases, delivery may take longer than expected.
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after purchase.
Shipping Time
- USA & Canada: 7 days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10 days
- Europe: 7 days
- Rest of the World: 7–12 days
If you have just received a shipping notification, please allow 1–3 working days for the tracking information to update.
Wrong Address
We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information.
We do our best to avoid shipping errors by verifying customer shipping details during order confirmation.
Marked as Delivered
If your package is marked as delivered by your local postal service (such as USPS or Canada Post) to the correct address provided during checkout, but you have not received it, you must contact your local post office and provide us with a formal affidavit for a lost, stolen, or undelivered package.
After receiving the required documentation, we will review the case and may resend a replacement order at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for packages marked as delivered.

Import Taxes / Refused Packages
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives in your country and:
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- No delivery attempt is made in the destination country
We reserve the right to abandon the package and will not issue a refund.
Where Is Our Company Based?
We are based in the United States.
However, we operate multiple sorting centers worldwide, so not all products are shipped from the same warehouse. This allows us to offer our products at more affordable prices.
